After graduating as winemaker and further training in Changins (VD) as cellar master, Mathias gained further experience at the Pircher winery in Eglisau. He passionately worked at his own wine designs which resulted in a varied wine collection with style and rarities.
He finally established himself in 2015 and moved to the Hangartner cellar in Eglisau.
