Valentina works her vines with love, in the most respectful and natural way possible.
Whether she works the soils, the selection of plants and flowers that live in them, or in the vineyard while the grapes grow and during the harvest, she intervenes with her hands, with the outmost authenticity and fidelity. She works with the help of herbal teas, essential oils, silica, and observing the lunar calendar, but without dogmatism.
During the harvest, Valentina does not hesitate to make a severe sort to keep only the best grapes.
In the cellar as in the vineyard, she works with the same attention to details and listening. She tastes her wines every day, to accompany them, avoiding unnecessary intervention.
Most of her wines make a passage in barrels which have previously served to produce one or two great wines at reputable wineries.
